Department:  Human Resources

Position: 
Full-time Director

Description:  Responsible for the planning, implementation, and coordination of policies and programs encompassing enterprisewide human resource management including: employment, wage and salary management, resource utilization, workforce development, orientation, benefits, employee relations, and associated employee service. Participates with respective organizational boards and senior leadership in the collaborative development of initiatives to assure a sufficient supply of properly skilled employees to meet strategic organizational goals. Designs and administers competitive and cost effective compensation and benefit programs. Develops and implements leadership training programs. Appliants must have Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Bachelor's degree in another area of experience and 5+ years progressive Human Resource Management experience. Experience in healthcare is a plus, but not required. Talent in clear and effective communication to multiple audiences. Ability to effectively manage all aspects of the employment infrastructure. Proven experience in promoting an engaging and positive organizational culture.


 Department:  Centers for Rehab and Sports Medicine

Position:  PRN (as needed) Speech Language Pathologist

Description:  Administers comprehensive evaluations/re-evaluations of patient with speech and language, communication, and swallowing deficits; interprets results and identifies pertinent problems which may be addressed by speech and swallowing therapy procedures. Develops and implements appropriate treatment plans to meet short- and long-term functional goals optimizing recovery for patients of various age categories. Applicants must be graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program and hold a current Ohio License for Speech Language Pathology. Required: Minimum 1 year experience as staff therapist. 3 years as staff therapist preferred.
Department:  Centers for Rehab and Sports Medicine

Position: 
  Full-Time Physical Therapist


Description:  Provides evaluation and treatment of patients by physical measures, theapeutic exercise and rehabilitative procedures with or without assistive devices for the purpose of preventing, correcting, or alleviating any disability as allowed by referral from a currently licensed appropriate medical practitioner. Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold current PT licensure with the state of Ohio.  Minimum of one year prior experience as a staff therapist preferred.
