Department Information

Physical Therapy (PT) is skilled treatment that has clinical applications in the restoration, maintenance, and promotion of optimal physical function.
The staff is specially trained to evaluate and treat the following conditions:
  • Sports injuries
  • Mobility limitations
  • Work-related injuries
  • Neck and back injuries
  • Tendonitis
  • Fractures
  • Various pain syndromes
  • Strokes & other neurological conditions
  • Head injuries
  • Spinal cord injuries
  • Non-healing wounds
  • Amputees
The staff provides skilled services in the following rehabilitation programs:
  • In patient
  • All Out patient Programs
  • Sports Medicine
  • Aquatics
  • Pediatrics
  • Industrial Rehabilitation

Angie Adams, PTA

Craig Campbell, DPT

Education:
Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy

The Ohio State University (1995)

Certifications:
Physical Therpist Licensed by the State of Ohio OT/PT/AT Board

Bio:
Craig is a Leesburg native, graduating from Fairfield High School in 1991. After college, Craig married and settled down back in his hometown. He treats patients with orthopedic and neuro problems, and has experience in McKenzie techniques.

Chris Campbell, PT

Education:
Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy

The Ohio State University (1995)

Certifications:
Physical Therapist licensed by the State of Ohio OT/PT/AT Board.

Bio:
Chris graduated from Leesburg High School in 1981, and returned to his hometown soon after graduating from college. He treats patients with orthopedic and neurological difficiencies. He also has experience in McKenzie techniqeus for back related issues.
