Dr. Cotten is excited to be one of the newest residents of Hillsboro. She and her husband have recently moved from North Dakota to plant their roots in our community. She is accepting patients of all ages at Highland Family Medicine (located in Hillsbsoro, beside Jerry Haag Motors).
